Let's see how fast this thing can go

Hello! Here's another update consisting mostly of studies. Spent a day or two on this one:

Some architecture studies...

Really quick color studies, going for nothing except... well, color...

 Some noodles from imagination:

And another study.

Cheers!

I thought the first one was just a photo... That's pretty crazy.

You have some crazy skills for realistic painting. Would you consider putting online WIP pictures, or even better a video of your process ? I'm curious to see how you achieve such precision.

Emilien - Check out his sketchbook to see how he got here: http://conceptart.org/forums/showthread.php?t=114449

And here are some videos of him babbling about all sorts of stuff (but also painting in the meanwhile!): http://www.ustream.tv/channel/algenpfleger

He just has exceptionally high work ethics. In 5 years he went from complete noob to a excellent draftsman.

Great work as always algenpfleger :)

hyper realistic painings, may I ask you what kind of job do you do, cuz I think you must spend a huge amount of time to draw and practice, I'm just curious °U°

That one with the girl lying on the bet in her messy room, I also want to see it finished.

Would it change something to you if he posted his refs?

As if that made him a less good painter. -__-*

Hallo Hannes, deine Bilder sind immer wieder beeindruckend. Ich bin selbst Illustrator am Anfang und wüsste gern, ob du mal Interesse an einer Zusammenarbeit hast?

just to show you all how impressed I am by Hannes's work. First I really couldn't believe that the soldier woman sould be a painting. after seeing the reference he obviously used, I'm so amazed!
I haven't ever doubted that a painting wasn't painted. This one was the first...
